MEET THE CHEF

CHEF THEO RANDALL
History
As a child I traveled a lot with my parents and sisters to beautiful countries like Italy and France for holidays. But the country that inspired me the most was Italy. I will never forget the first time I ate linguine with mussels, especially when I was told that mussels are best eaten with my hands... I have been fascinated and have loved Italian cuisine ever since - Italian food can be eaten every day and never gets full of it!
Taste and consistency mean good food for me. So when I cook Italian, I do so in an original Italian way - al dente, fresh and homemade in my own kitchen.
"Food tastes better when it has a story," says Theo. He therefore attaches great importance not only to the food but also to the community, the togetherness and the sharing of delicacies with each other. Even if only a simple spaghetti Bolognese is served, which is prepared in a few minutes, a wonderful celebration can arise from it. That is the beautiful thing about Italian cuisine.
